Located in South Los Angeles and within 1/2 miles from future Hyde Park and Fairview Heights Metro Station, this residential apartment project will aim to provide more housing in South LA with 11% of units set aside for ELI households. 

 

The building will provide 26 dwelling units with on-grade parking. The dwelling units are built out of 72 recycled shipping containers with site-built portions connecting and serving the modules. The exterior features various material changes in the front facade with decorative wood fins.​

The residents can also enjoy the building's roof deck amenity where they can overlook South LA Crenshaw area.
